When I open a program I receive the error message "Value cannot be null"

I am getting an error when trying to open up a program. The error is Value cannot be null.  Parameter name: ptr.  Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to get rid of this error?

    • What (software) changes did you make on the computer prior to the issue?
