Windows 7 64-bit, Windows Script Host Error: Library not registered.

Hi, I am running Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) and have been having quite the assortment of problems with the systems registry (I believe to be the cause of it all).  For some reason Windows Script Host (WSH) seems to have been corrupted as I continuously am receiving errors about it. My most recent is one that has occurred when browsing through Windows Help and Support. I bought my computer from HP (HP Pavilion dv7-2273cl Entertainment Notebook PC) so the Windows Help and Support is the HP version of Windows Help and Support. I clicked on one of the links to go to my computer's system information but when I clicked on the link a WSH window popped up with the following information:

Script:       C:\Windows\Help\OEM\scripts\LaunchHPSF.jse

Line:          51

Char:         3

Error:         Library not registered.

Code:        8002801D

Source:     (null)

When I clicked on the "OK" button a new window opened (also a WSH window) and it said:

Execution of the Windows Script Host failed. (0x80020102)

I have Windows Script 5.8 installed on my computer but I have not been able to find a download of that version for my OS version anywhere! I would like to try uninstalling and reinstalling in hopes that it will "re-register" itself and fix the problem but without the installation file I cannot do that. Can anyone help me get this fixed? or at least offer some advice as to how I might be able to fix it?
