I am having problems with a windows 8.1 computer. The update crashed it. I found out through the command prompt that there was an error code '0x4005'. I tried system restore, but the hard drive hadn't been security enabled, so I couldn't go on with a restore. I now am stuck and desperately need a fix. Help!
