Original title: what does it mean when youve installed a program but when you open the "Programs and Features" folder it shows the installed program but is blank where the file size should be listed?

Shows all info for installed program including NAME,PUBLISHER,& INSTALLED ON(DATE)but under the SIZE info column its blank where as 98% of all my installed programs show how many KB's or MB"s that specific installed program is.Seems to be missing the SIZE info only on any of my Adobe programs and a few select other random programs??????

Hi AlinaSporl,

The size information is reported by the Uninstall component for each program. Some programs uninstaller will not report this value, so the size of the program will not appear in that list.

Another way to get a close estimate of the total size for an individual program is to check the Properties of that programs parent installation folder in C:\Program Files.

You can refer to the following article and check:

How does Add/Remove Programs get the size and other information?

Hope this information is helpful.
