Problem with Authenticator App

The Auth App has removed my online accounts.
Facebook signed me out and now without the OTP I am unable to log back in to FB.
Is there any wait I can re add Facebook into my list of accounts in the Auth App ? I don’t have a copy of the QR code. Really desperate for a solution.
