    Hi **** AbeRock**,**

    1. Do you get any errors when you try to normal boot?
    2. Are you able to boot to safe mode?

Method 1**:** You may remove any external devices connected to the computer like printer, USB, etc. and check if the issue persists with only basic devices connected to the computer like keyboard, monitor and mouse.

    Method 2:

The error seems to be related to hard drive.

You may try to run check disk command from WINRE for the C: drive and check if it helps. Here are the steps to open command prompt in WINRE:

    a. Remove all floppy disks, CDs, and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer using the computer's power button.

    b. Do one of the following:

    • If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer.

    • If your computer has more than one operating system, use the arrow keys to highlight the operating system you want to repair, and then press and hold F8.

    c. On the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight Repair your computer, and then press Enter. (If Repair your computer isn't listed as an option, then your computer doesn't include preinstalled recovery options, or your network administrator has turned them off.)

    d. Select a keyboard layout, and then click next.

    e. On the System Recovery Options menu, click command prompt to open.

    f. Type at the command prompt “CHKDSK C: /F /R” and press ENTER to repair corrupt sectors, if there are any.

    g. Click Y and then check if the system is able to check the hard disk.

NOTE: The root drive has to be C: and the command may schedule a task at the system startup, if it does, then press Y to schedule a task and restart the computer to perform chkdsk.

Once chkdsk completes, boot to the desktop and then check.

    Hope this helps.
