Windowa 7 Missing Mail Control Panel

I have 64 bit Windows 7 OS and there is no control panel available for Mail setup or profiles.  I searched all the answers posted and the mail control panel is simply not there (no 32 bit mail), not in Users and family safety, not in large or small icons.  I looked for mlcfg in WOW64... not there. Help??

Since this appears to be an Outlook problem, try

and see this for a similar problem...

You don't get the Mail icon in control Panel until you install Outlook.

    Have you?
