Exchange 2016 users do not see Allow Forwarding option under Response Options while creating a meeting request

Hi All,
Many thanks in advance, I was looking for is there any feature in Exchange 2016 that blocks "Allow Forwarding" option while creating a meeting request? Because we have users who cannot see this option while creating meeting request.
If this is a feature in Exchange 2016 how do I see or verify that is been enabled in our environment and also how do we disable it?

    I'm afraid Exchange 2016 is not able to disable allow forwarding option.

    As a meeting organizer, you can choose whether to allow attendees to forward a meeting invitation to others. When creating a meeting request, you can only use this option if your mailbox is hosted in Microsoft 365 or in Exchange Server 2019.
