error while connecting to MS SQL server

I am trying to connect to SQL server but getting below error. This was working fine before last saturday.
Please look into the issue on priority basis.

    I was able to resolve the issue by updating the driver to 4.2 version, but getting another issue.
    It says Cannot bulk load. Operating system error code 5 (Access is denied.)

    Can you please let me know what could be the reason for this issue?
