Install programs using command prompt?

My computer will not install programs packed with Bitrock Installer.  How do I get around this? I have used the command prompt in the past, but I forgot how.  It has to be installed while not activating the Bitrock Installer.  Or what can I do to make my computer compatible with the Bitrock Installer application?
