unable to start the application - the Java virtual machine cannot be loaded. class not registered. I am trying to re-load my printer software.

1. Who is the manufacturer of your printer?
2. Why are you trying to reload the printer software?
3. From where are you downloading the drivers?
Also download and install Java from the below link and then try installing the printer driver:http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
