Hi All,

We are receiving warning alerts as "Microsoft Audit Collection Services Collector Database Operation Failure" in SCOM 2012 UR14 environment.
Alert Description:
An error occurred while performing a database operation. The error code was 0x00000005.

Any action required on this.
Please assist on this.

    Is there any ACS forwarders in our environment and have we applied any Update Rollup recently, as described below?
