Cannot access Microsoft profile

Hello, I cannot access my Microsoft profile when trying to schedule an exam. I tried solution provided, but nothing happened. Please find attached the error. Please advise.![61005-error.jpg][1] [1]: /api/attachments/61005-error.jpg?platform=QnA
