After block removable access not able to revert and cannot able to allow removable storage access

Question

I have created configuration profile for block Removable storage and apply this policy to user groups.

• Configuration Profile -> Device Restriction -> General -> Removable storage (Block)

This policy have successfully applied to users and Removable storage have blocked. Sometimes we required to allow USB for user thats why I have removed user from user group and sync but still removable storage have blocked and not able to access any removable storage device.

Please suggest how to re-enable the USB access.

For this issue, I have done some research. I find that we can try to create a custom profile to allow some users to use USB. We can read the following article as a reference.
