Task manager error and searchfolder.dll bad image

Question

When I try to start my task manager I get the following error, taskmgr.exe is not a valid win32 application.

When I am trying to do a registy cleaning I get a searcfolder.dll error and it will not let me continure with the registry cleaner.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Run a System File Checker scan.
