SharePoint List, logical 'and' filter for "choices column"

Dear all,

In a SharePoint list lets say I have one column with "Names" and another column "Skills", which is configurated as choices with multiple selection posibilities.

Is there a way to configurate the filter that way, that it works with a logical "and" instead of an "or" for the selected choices?

If I select Skill A, all Names with A appear, if I additionally select Skill B, I want to see only the names which have Skill A & Skill B. Currently the filter is shwoing me all the Names if they have Skill A or Skill B.

I hope my problem is clear :-)

If you are referring to the Filters on columns from UI, then no, the Filter by feature in list view supports only OR logic by default.

You can apply filters via Switch view options > Edit current view > Filter, which supports AND logic. But the filter cannot be disabled from list UI, it would always apply on this list view unless switched off from List Settings.
