    Hello, Jubbe063

    When did this problem start?

If it started recently, you may also try running system restore to a point when you weren’t getting this error: How to restore Windows XP to a previous state

You may also try running the system file checker to ensure there are no corrupt files:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310747

    Hello Marg S.

To avoid confusion and due to the fact that this thread is over a year old, please begin your own, new thread about YOUR specific problem and computer. State your current IE version and full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; WinXP 64-bit SP2; Vista SP2; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 SP1; Win7 64-bit; Win7 64-bit SP1) in your first post. Thank you.

My "runtime debugging" is similar as the one above except the error message reads:

"hpqthb08.exe -- Common Language Runtime Debugging Services.

"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled."

    Process id+Ox1b4 (436); Thread id+ Ox1b8 (440).

(Those id numbers change with each boot up)

    This drives me nuts!

I also get an error message whenever I try to access my HP Image Zone and the HP Document Viewer.  That message also refers to HPQDocViewer.exe, etc.

I can't access the Image Zone program at all and hope fixing the debugging thing will also correct these other two.  I sure do want to be able to print out recent photos.

    So..... "HELP"
