I delete my authenticator and I dont know what to do

Hi I'm a student and I accidentally delete my app and now I need it to open my account in teams but my authenticator app I accidentally delete it I need it to approve my account so I can open my teams is there anyways to make my authenticator back? I need an answer please because I have class tomorrow and I cant open my teams.
