When an MFC container opens an OLE server document with scrollbars, hovering the mouse over the resize grip of its embedded window causes high CPU usage.

When hovering the mouse over the resize grip of an embedded ole document both the server and client processes appear to start consuming high CPU and freeze to user input.

The situation doesn't resolve when moving the mouse away.

After waiting a few minutes the CPU drops off and the window becomes responsive again.

The problem can also be resolved by moving a different application windows over the resize grip area - the document then becomes responsive again and the CPU drops off.
