Hello gibriyagi,
I suggest that you follow the below link and run the printer troubleshooter that automatically diagnoses and repairs problems with printing:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Troubleshoot-printer-problems
You can try to uninstall the printer driver installed on your computer from the Device Manager and try to install it and check if you have the same issue.
a. Click Start. In the Start Search box type "devmgmt.msc" and press Enter.
b. Locate the printer in the Device Manager.
c. Click the tab "Driver", click "Uninstall".
d. Click Start. In the Start Search box type "appwiz.cpl" and press Enter.
e. Remove program that is installed for the printer.
Once you uninstall the printer, try to install it again by downloading the driver.
