Config.office.com action center

Question

Hi, does anyone know how we can access/enable the Action Center feature on config.office.com that was shown at Ignite where we can specify which channel/build we would want to target for a group of devices like shown here:

In the presentation, they mentionned that it should be in public preview in Oct 2020

It's still market as "In development" on the Roadmap, targeted for this month... likely to slip :)
