Please help me to resolve the issue with appointment and connecting to exam with Pearson Vue.
Appointment details (copied from my email)

Today, 27.01.2021
I passed twice OnVue test system with success
- first time at 12:30 PM,
- second time at 13:35 PM
then I tried to connect to exam via link Check in to start exam
and got ERROR PAGE (This is page content)
OnVUE check-in can not be started at this time.
Why can't I begin my exam check-in process?
For one of the following reasons, it is not time to begin your exam:
You may be too early, check-in starts 30 minutes prior to your exam appointment time. Try again at your check-in time.
Or, you missed your appointment time, contact customer service to reschedule your exam.
It's possible this exam has already been completed - if you would like to try it again, please sign up for a new appointment.
After several unsuccessful tries I've go to custom service (at 13:45)

and started chat with support, they recommended close all windows including chat window and try to connect again to exam, it didn't help too.
After this I spoke with Pearson Vue Support by phone, the operator could not help me, but promised open case in technical support, he told me that I I'll get email from there.
Until now I have no information what happens, why my computer passed the system tests, but cannot launch exams in real time and how can I change appointment to exam, time is passing.
The Exam 462 retire at 31.01.2021 - Please HELP.
