hot reload not available - binding errors with autocad

Question

Hi, I am new to vb .net. just getting familiar with the interface and have a " hello world" code to be run on AutoCAD. I get binding errors and “Hot reload unavailable” on the autocad toolbar. using framework4.8 and autocad 2021 when I debug.

I can still load the code from AutoCAD directly by seperately opening and loading (netload) and bind the helloworld .dll. the code runs as expected.

can you tell why I am getting this error and how it can be fixed?

I couldn't upload a screensave using chrome, is there any way to upload webm extention.
