Unable to create Quantum Workspace

I’m trying to create an Azure Quantum workspace using an existing storage account but I’m getting the following error:

    Hello @Samara Soucy - MSFT -

    Linking Azure Quantum to a storage account requires you to have owner-level permissions on the storage account. I recommend being the owner of the resource group if possible as it will prevent permissions issues when working with your quantum workspace. You can check your permissions in the Access Control blade in the portal:

    1. You can create a new resource group - with Admin access.
    2. Use existing resource Group if already present - Share by Admin
    3. Create a storage for the assigned resource group
    4. Create an Azure Quantum workspace using an existing storage account
