Howdy tasakib,

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Support forums.

With the information you provided so far, there are a couple of things worth checking:

• Head to Settings > Date+Time. Turn off the Set Automatically option if it is visible. The options to set the time and date should be visible. Check to make sure they are as accurate as possible.
• Soft reset the phone. Press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons for 15 seconds until it vibrates and reboots.

If the issue remains, please reply with the following issue:

• The make and model of the device.
• The OS version on the device. This can be found under Settings > About after tapping the More Information button.
• Whether or not this worked in the past. If it did, when was the last time?
• If the device is able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks.
• The exact steps you take to reproduce the error.
• The exact wording of the error you receive.
