I would ask the helpdesk of the company that sells the game or check their FAQs.

    Hi ajnicol,

    ·        Which game are you trying to install on the computer? Also, is it jpegdll.dll or jpg.dll in question?

    ·        Are you trying to install the game using its original installation CD/DVD or you downloaded it from the Internet?

Post with the required information so that we can help you better. Look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks and Regards, Santosh Y – Microsoft Support
