Exercise - Create a website hosted in Azure for TradeWinds

I'm receiving an error on Question 7 of the following Exercise link:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/azure-architecture-fundamentals/exercise-create-website

I did select 'MySQL in App' and see Database Provider, but receiving 'Resource 'ServicePlan6d86c83f-81e8' was disallowed by policy when trying to create. Seems pretty straight-forward.

Ideas?

    Hello @Rebecca E. Boleratz ,

    To resolve your issue, please review the solution called out in this related Stackoverflow thread.
    In addition to selecting MySQL in App, you may also need to create an App service plan resource.
