Then we I start my computer I get a message saying something about windows visual c++ and then a file location but it doesn't state the full location just till the point where it says c drive... Do i need all the visual c++ programs? Would it stop the problem by reinstalling them all? Or do i need to do something else completely? Please help

Thanks

Hi,

  • What is the complete error message about Visual C++?

Try following these methods and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I would suggest you to perform Clean Boot on the computer and check. :

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista and Windows 7**http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135**

Disclaimer: After you used the clean boot to resolve your problem follow Step 7 to reset the computer to start as usual.

Method 2:

I would also suggest you to download the latest  Graphic card drivers from the manufacturer’s website and install it on your computer.

Refer:

Check for any latest updates for the game. You can also contact Modern Warfare 2 support site for any known issues.
