Windows Updates/Games For Windows: [Code:0x800c0008]

Question

When I try to open the .exe file "gfwlivesetup," I receive an error message saying that I cannot download the program. The same comes up when I try to do anything involving downloading from Microsoft, either via their website or through Windows Updates. After failing to install, the window shows this message:

"Install Failed

A network error occurred while attempting to get information from the server. Check your network connection and retry."

The Log Folder has the following:

Windows Update also mentions a Code 80072efd, which I've read just means it could not download what it needed to.
