Is there any way for my security info to be updated faster than the 30 day limit for it to change that relates to the email account ?

@AJ meal That is by default and cannot be reduced as of now.

If you didn't make the security changes, or you changed your mind:

1) Go to Protect your account and sign in.
2) At the security info change is still pending, select If you didn't request this, let us know.
Or, you changed your mind and want to keep your existing security info, select Cancel this request.
