Azure Login Failed Issue

When i am trying to login this Azure training i am getting error as Login Failed Please try again.
Please help me how to resolve it.

    Yes I registered this course two times (for 21st Feb and 22nd Feb as well as 28th Feb and 29th Feb ) with email ID : anil.kulkarni@karthik.pallapothu@atos.net .net.

    Even I got invite from MS , but after clicking on that link it is always saying Login Failed Please try again
    This is happen two times with me.

    Again I registered for same course for 4th February and 5th February batch.

    Please help me to login this course.
