To fix this problem use the UC_IMAGE_PATH enviroment to provide a path to a valid image.

Thank You looking forward to your reply :D

    Hi Nathalia,

    ·          Do you’ve Python installed on your computer? If yes, what is the version of Python that is installed on computer?

As of now, I would suggest you to check if the issue appears in a clean boot state.

Method 1: How to troubleshoot a problem by putting the computer in a clean boot state in Windows Vista and Windows 7

A clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts. Visit the link below to know how to put the computer into a clean boot.

Note: Once the troubleshooting is over, reset the computer to start as usual.

Method 2: What are runtime errors?

Hope this information is helpful and let me know if you need any further assistance
