Can't eject external HD with safely remove hardware.

Question

I try eject external HD (FreeAgent and Sumsung STORY Station 2T) and get "This devices is currently in use".

Indexation , System restore  , Recycle Bin are disable on the disks.

I tried Safe mode and clear boot and this didn't help.

Using the programm USB Safely Remove i see blocking files :

F:\

F:$Extend$RmMetadata$TxfLog$TxfLog.blf

F:$Extend$RmMetadata$TxfLog$TxfLogContainer0000000000000000000001

F:$Extend$RmMetadata$TxfLog$TxfLogContainer0000000000000000000002

NTFS transactions , they don't  release the disks.

Is this a windows bug ? How I can fix that ?
