Hi

Method1:

Try to follow the steps from this link and check if it helps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Open-the-Printer-troubleshooter

Method2:

Try the following steps to clear Printer Spooler files and enable the spooler service and check if it helps:

a.       Click Start, type "Services.msc" (without the quotation marks) in the open box and click OK.

b.      Double-click "Printer Spooler" in the Services list.

c.       Click Stop and click OK.

d.      Click Start, type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" in the open window, and delete all files in this folder.

e.      Now restart the Print Spooler service and check.

Note: Make sure you have created a System restore point before trying these steps.

    Barbara

You do not describe your problem?

How does your printer connect to your computer? Is the printer shared between more than one computer?

Not at all helpful.  My printer is epson sx200 and this wasn't my problem.

you can try this link from an old thread http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-hardware/prints-stuck-in-print-queue-no-printing/a2e49f3d-fcc3-4b23-

you can also try to stop the printer service from task manager go to processes  find spoolsv.exe and end the process if it  did not fix the issue  try to uninstall and re-install your printer
