my ms team audio keeps cutting out

Question

for home schooling i use Ms teams and i am on a brand new hp laptop yet the audio keeps cutting out every min or so it last for about 15 secs i have tried restarting teams switching to head phones and looking at my virus protection. it is not my Wi-Fi as my families meanings are running just fine. i don't know what to do at ,the end of each less i have no clue what the teacher was talking about

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Is this meeting recorded? If so, you could playback the recording as a remedial measure.

It recommends you use the wired network to join the calling.

Performing a clean boot to eliminate whether this issue is caused by software conflicts.
