This computer is asking to create a path in order to "save picture as".  How do I do that?  I already ran malware scan and extracted any and all malware.  Please help.

Does this picture have a Internet explorer symbol on it ?

Where did you acquire this photo from the Internet or is it a personal photo from a camera ?

Save as, usually only requires a name and file type selection, try jpeg/ jpg file types, bmp files can be quite large, I might suggest making a copy and changing the file type.

Right clicking the photo and selecting open with paint, and clicking on the dark blue file button and selecting save as, jpeg file, change the name slightly and save.
