Work folders Service - Folders x red cross

Question

Hello,

I have a red cross on folders on certain files of my clients. However the synchronizations are ok.
I've already rebuild icon caches and nothing happen.

Only this workaround running: move files into a another files.
Do you have somes ideas?

WinServer: 2012 R2
Client: W10 1809

Hello,

Not from a share folder, it's from the explorer inside the work folders from Microsoft Service.

Hi,

Do you mean the share folder have a red cross?

If yes, please post a thread on Windows 10 Pro Network forum , they are more familiar with share folder issue, rather than this Windows setup forum which is mainly for supporting server or client setup and deploy issue.
