Replication from Vmware ESXI 5.1 to Hyper-V

Hi

I have Vmware ESXI 5.1 on 3 Node and 7 VMs SO now i installed Hyper-V on New server and i want to replication with Vmware VMs so is that possible because i need to replication with out shutdown any VMs so what is best solution for this .

Hi,
Based on my experience, it seems impossible because VMWare and Hyper-V have too many architectural differences for replication between hypervisors.
