This has nothing to do with Windows 10 support
MS blatantly removed most sha1-signed downloads without alternative
DirectX 9 Wont Install on Windows 10 (1.2021)
Hi !
Cannot download "DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)", download link
Seems to be broken.
There was no mention about Windows 10 dropping support of Direct X 9

So I would guess that this is accidentally deleted installation package from Microsoft , and Microsoft will restore it back ?

I agree that it's an irresponsible behavior to retire products without providing alternatives.
@Tarmik , perhaps you have to use the download link provided by Castorix31. We are sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
Personally, I think Microsoft should notify users that will be influenced by retired products in advance. A good example is Adobe. Adobe announced that it would stop supporting Flash at the end of 2020 in 2017, leaving enough time for users to find an alternative.
