Right click the photo and from the menu...choose...Open With / Paint...
In Paint...go to...File / Save As...
Choose a Save Folder...
Enter a name for the file...
Choose a format...JPEG...
Left click the Save button...

I want to download a photo in 'my pictures' to Facebook, but it says it doesn't know a .bmp file. Is there a way I can change it to .jpeg. Sorry, bit (well a lot) ignorant about these things!
