Thanks Dylan Zhu...but the hyperlink https://mk0licensingschvvvb2.kinstacdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/Visual-Studio-2010-and-MSDN-Licensing-Whitepaper-Aug-2011.pdf mentioned by you is not from Microsoft site...do you have the EULA from Microsoft Site for Vs2010 Ultimate version
