I am having trouble seeing Latin characters when using NotePad and WordPad in Win Server 2012 R2. The character in question is a Latin Small Letter Insular T (Ꞇ). I can see the character in Windows 10 but not Win Server 2012 R2.
Let me be a little more clear. I am RDP'ing into the 2012 server and have the Ꞇ in my clipboard from my local machine. When I paste it into Notepad, it comes up as a rectangle no matter what font I choose in Notepad. Seems like the character is not supported on the server.

Did you changed the guest machine to Latin display language and add Latin language pack into guest machine?
Try to check with those actions to avoid lack of language pack issue.

The is no language pack for Latin.

Windows Server 2112 R2 does not have the feedback Hub. The hub looks to be only for Windows 10. Can I report a Server 2012 issue in a Windows 10 feedback hub?
