Hi CesarRoque,

What is the make & model of your computer?

You may provide us the hardware ID of the device from device manager:

a.        Click Start, Run button, type “devmgmt.msc” in the open box and press "Enter".

b.        Expand sound card & right click on it, click on Properties.

c.        Click on the "Details" tab at the top and select "Device Instance ID" from the drop-down menu at the top.

You may download & install the latest sound card drivers from the computer manufacturer’s website.

For more information, refer to this link: How to manage devices in Windows XP

Refer:No sound in Windows

Hope the information helps.

Please post back and let us know.
