Problems Forwarding Meetings

We have a user who reported problems when forwarding meeting requests received from Others. When she forwards them, they stick in her Outbox and if she attempts to open them from there, she gets an error dialog stating "cannot find the calendar folder for this item". We've verified that the meeting requests are not sent and do not appear in the forward recipients calendar.

Our environment:
Exchange Server 2010
Outlook 2013
Recently set up hybrid migration wizard for Office 365 migration but have not started yet.

I appreciate any suggestions.

Oddly enough, I asked the user to try this, and at the same time I had her try sending with the delayed send rule she had set in Outlook disabled. Both went fine and when she re-enabled the rule and tried again, she could forward fine. Seems there was something up with the rule.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Our Exchange server is at the latest update, UR 30. Yes, the meeting is accessible on the calendar and forwarding from there is the issue.

We haven't tested thoroughly and she only forwards infrequently but in every case we tested, any meeting she did not create had the same issue.

    Hi @Ray Beckwith

What's your Exchange server 2010 UR version?

Can the user access the meeting in her own calendar? If yes, please try forwarding the request again there to verify the result.

In addition, do all the meetings sending to the user have the same issue forwarding failed?

You could also try using safe mode to start her outlook, I see some similar questions were caused by add-ins.
