Question

My Computer logs off or shuts down whilst using it, what could be the problem?

I can't play music because when i  try do so it says Server execution failed, please help.

1. When exactly are you receiving the WindowsUpdate_8024400A?
2. Does the computer log off or shut down while performing any windows updates?
3. Have you made any recent changes on the system?

1. Which player are you using to play music?

If you are using Windows media player, you can try to run the Windows media player troubleshooter in Windows 7 and check.
