    Boa tarde, ja esta na hora das empresas começarem a abrir para outros sistema,s estão refens da MS e com isso faz com que os consumidores tb fiquem, a MS faz das empresas gato e sapato com essas restriçoes, MS ja ta ficando bem ultrapassada no mercado e ta começando a perder espaço com essas coisas sem nexo, muito amigos estão mudando para outros sistemas por causa disso, um amigo meu mudou para o linux esses dias em uma maquina da lenovo e segundo ele me falou esta bem melhor, mais rapido e rodando liso, ele falo que tem um programa que instala no linux que da acesso a vc baixar o pacote office pelo menos que ja esta acostumado com o programa, como eu não conheceço bem o linux imagino que eles devem tr seu próprios programas semelhantes ao pacote office.

    Hello,

    Please run Windows Update troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. See if it works.

    If that doesn't work, try this:

    Open administrative Command Prompt and type following commands one-by-one followed by Enter key.

    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver
    Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    net start wuauserv
    net start cryptSvc
    net start bits
    net start msiserver

    Close Command Prompt and see if Windows Update works then.

    As this forum is for English support, please allow me to reply with English. Also please post your thread with English for better communication.

    As I noticed the error code show as 0x8007000d which could be caused by update file corruption.

    Please download KB4598242 and install it manually.

    Also please turn off firewall and antivirus software temporarily to make sure they will not block or make affection for update download.

    If the issue persists, please go to Event Viewer(Windows Logs\Applications, Setup, System) and check if any error code recorded.
