Microsoft Java Virtual Machine incompatibility

I recently upgraded to Windows 7. I tried to install Microsoft Java Virtual Machine to play on a Scrabble site I used for many years when I had Windows XP, and now I am unable to install it. I get a message from Microsoft saying there is an incompatibility problem. Is there any solution to this problem? There are over 5,000 people on this Scrabble site, so I know other people are able to use it. Thanks.

Microsoft deprecated the java vm when XP SP1 came out in 2003 after reaching an agreement with Sun Microsystem.  If you are running Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate you can take advantage of XP Mode.  XP Mode is a fully licensed copy of XP Pro SP3 that runs in a virtual machine that is highly integrated with your desktop.  If you are running Home Premium then you can upgrade to Pro with Anytime Upgrade.
