Certainly you would have tried everything below, including reinstalling the drivers. If you did then I suspect that the device has failed and that it needs to be replaced.

- Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 7000
- The mouse works fine but the tranceivers seem to be brocken. When i plug it into my USB port it says not recognised. Error Code 43
- Yes i have done the troubleshooting steps of going onto http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310123 and many other sites which i have tried.
- I have called the customer support of microsoft in Australia and they did not know what had happened to the tranceiver, i told them to error and still telling me the steps which i have already tried.
