bluetooth settings command line

I want a direct desktop shortcut to my bluetooth settings dialog box.  Note that I am NOT talking about bthprops.cpl (The bluetooth control panel.)  Right now I have a bluetooth icon in my system tray that I have to right click on and click "Open Settings."  However I want very badly to turn off the displaying of this icon.  It pops up all the time when resuming from sleep and I want it gone!  There is an option provided for this within the bluetooth settings dialog, but once I've used it the only other way I've found to access the bluetooth settings is through Control Panel -> Search "bluetooth" -> click "Change Bluetooth Settings" in the search results.  I'd like to also point out that I find it very disconcerting that there are apparently now options like this within control panel that are never displayed anywhere unless you know a specific search phrase to use to access to them.  Why on earth doesn't the standard bluetooth control panel page contain a link to "Change Bluetooth Settings?"  But I digress...  what I want, regardless of how I'd normally get to it, is a command I can type into Run (or create a shortcut to on my desktop) that will open the bluetooth settings dialog directly with one single click.  Even if it's dirty and messy and a hundred characters long, no problem!  There has to be a command that can launch the window manually and somebody out there knows what it is...  I can feel it!

Hi

I am not aware of any command line or a script to create a shortcut for bluetooth settings. But you can create bluetooth shortcuts for your bluetooth devices.

See this-

    bthprops.cpl

    That's what you want.

I created a batch file with that simple call, saved it to a folder on the C drive and put a shortcut on my desktop.  No need for a bunch of side steps to get there.

From the start menu, type "Change Bluetooth Settings".  Right-click and drag it to the desktop.  Upon release, select 'Create shortcut here'.  You'll then have the desktop shortcut you're looking for.  I don't know why it wasn't answered before.
