·          Does the issue happen with all the Windows update?

·          Are you referring to this error code “0x8007005”?

    If you are experiencing the same issue as described in the original post and the troubleshooting steps describe in this thread were not helpful, please provide the following information:

    • the complete version of Windows you have installed
    • the complete error message you receive when
    • the updates that fails to install (KB#######)
    • any troubleshooting steps you have performed
